Logical error is like u want to develop something but u coded that in other logic for example u want to add numbers and u applied logic of subtraction
and runtime error is something like which is not know to compiler like connection exception arrayindex out of bound exception.

Any arithmetical error or analytical error known as logical error and any syntax error or codding error known as runtime error which does not understand by the compiler.

Logical error occurs due to the flaw in the logic.this will not be identified by the compiler. Runtime error occurs if the programs encounters division by zero, accessing a null pointer etc during execution of the program.
