When velocity is nearly equal to speed of light, mass is converted into energy (electromagnetic waves) which moves with speed of light. So, mass can't move with speed of light and we can't accelerate energy(may be) and thus we can't move with speed of light except in case of relative motion.

If a light travels at a speed of light according to special theory of relativity E=mc^2 the mass of the body converts in to energy but it is not proved practically.

Light speed is break able like our solar system is accelerating with a speed of 220kps and fire a laser beam forwards
220kps + c = greater than the speed of light unit C as expected!

If it were possible to travel at light speed, your spacecraft would crash into meteors, comets etc, it would be destroyed . . . WHY . . . Because your automatic steering computers radar will also travel at same speed as spaceship, the radar would never travel in front of you, detect a meteor and return information to computer. . . . Physicists say to push spaceship to light speed would need more energy than there is in the universe . . . and as lots of you have already said . . at light speed you and your spaceship turn into energy.

According to the theories of great scientists it is not possible
You may get 99.999999% of the speed of light but you'll not get that last point
But electromagnetic waves travel approximately at the speed of light.
