This because the muscle have used up more lactic acid as it was supposed to use, and as a result causing the lactic acid to accumulate and raise, now wen this rise up to a certain level that the muscle can no longer hold.it then causes muscle fatigues. Aerobic respiration quickly start so that the lactic acid would be reconverted into the Krebs cycle to b broken down to release mere energy@38ATP.diz then d muscle use to continue its work@payback time.
