Yes it possible but we have to travel with speed of light because light also take time to 100000 years to cross the milky way galaxy so if we want to cross the milky way its take time 100000 years.

The Milky way is disc shaped. Its 100,000 light-years wide by 1000 light-years thick. So at the speed of light its going to take you about 500 years to leave the galaxy. . . . . . . Interesting facts . . Our Solar system is orbiting the center of the Milky Way at 515,000 miles an hour, this means it takes 230 million years for one orbit. . . . Scientists calculate 90% of the mass in our galaxy is Dark Matter ( weird stuff ). And there is 200 billion stars in the galaxy.

And if anyone leaves our galaxy, traveling at light speed, it will only take you 2,538,000 years to get to our nearest galaxy Andromeda. Which is why Andromedian Aliens have never visited Earth.

It's impossible because if we travel with velocity of light (which is not possible) it will take thousands of year. Our solar system is the part of Milky-way galaxy, till now we are not able to travel outside the solar system. So I think it will be fault if we talk about traveling outside the Milky-way.

Milywat galaxy is about 1,00,000 light year. 1 light year = 9.46* 10 to the power 12 km.By calculation is found that it will take approxiametly 95130 year to reach end if milky way.
